Getting Started
How do I sign up?
If your employer has provided Ruhavyn access, you'll receive an invitation email with a link to create your account. Simply click the link, enter your details, and you're ready to start your wellness journey.
If your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you can log in directly with your work credentials—no separate signup needed.
How do I log in?
Go to ruhavyn.com or open the Ruhavyn app
Click "Sign In"
Enter your email and password, OR
Click "Sign in with SSO" if your company uses Single Sign-On
I forgot my password—what do I do?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
Enter your email address
Check your inbox for a reset link (check spam if not found)
Click the link and create a new password
If you use SSO, contact your IT department—passwords are managed through your company's system.
Can I use Ruhavyn on my phone?
Yes! Ruhavyn works on:
Web browser (any device)
iOS app (iPhone & iPad)
Android app (phones & tablets)
All your data syncs across devices automatically.
Is there a desktop app?
The web version at ruhavyn.com works great on desktop browsers. We recommend Chrome, Safari, or Firefox for the best experience.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Is my data private from my employer?
Yes, absolutely. Your personal wellness data is private:
Your diary entries are 100% private — only you can see them
Your mood check-ins are private — employers see only anonymized trends
Your conversations with AI Masters are private — never shared
Your meditation history is private — usage stats only
Your employer receives only anonymous, aggregated data (e.g., "75% of employees used the app this month"). They cannot identify you or your activities.
Can my employer read my diary entries?
No. Your diary entries are protected by Row Level Security—a technical safeguard that makes it impossible for anyone except you to read them. Not your employer, not your admin, not even Ruhavyn staff.
Can my employer see which meditations I use?
No. Your specific meditation choices are private. Your employer only sees aggregate data like "50 meditation sessions completed this week across all employees."
Can my manager see my mood check-ins?
No. Individual mood data is never shared. Analytics require a minimum of 10 employees before any trend data is shown, ensuring anonymity.
Is my data encrypted?
Yes. All your data is encrypted:
AES-256 encryption when stored
TLS 1.3 encryption when transmitted

How do I talk to the AI Therapy Masters?
Go to "Guru" from the main menu
Select a Therapy Master that resonates with you
Start typing or tap the microphone to speak
Have a supportive conversation about whatever's on your mind
Each Master has a unique style—try different ones to find your favorite!

What are the different AI Masters?
Our AI Therapy Masters offer different approaches to wellness support. Each Master has a unique personality and conversational style. Explore them in the Guru section to find the one that resonates most with you.
How do I access meditations?
Go to "Meditation Library" from the main menu
Browse by category (Sleep, Stress, Focus, etc.)
Tap any meditation to start
Use headphones for the best experience
What are Binaural Beats?
Binaural Beats are specially crafted audio tracks that use two slightly different frequencies to promote relaxation, focus, or deep sleep. Access them from the "Retreat" section of the app. Categories include Delta (deep sleep), Theta (meditation), Alpha (relaxation), and Beta (focus).
How do I write in my diary?
Go to "Diary" from the main menu
Tap the + button to create a new entry
Write whatever's on your mind
Add photos or voice notes if you like
Tap Save—it's automatically encrypted
How do I track my mood?
Open the Mood Check-In feature
Select how you're feeling
Add optional notes
Save—it takes just seconds!
We recommend checking in daily to see patterns over time.
R-TV (Wellness Videos)
How do I watch wellness videos?
Go to "R-TV" from the main menu
Browse categories like Movement, Nutrition, Mindfulness
Tap any video to start watching
Use the player controls as needed
Are live sessions included in my plan?
Live sessions may be included depending on your company's subscription tier. Check with your HR team or look for "Live" badges in R-TV.
Can I download videos for offline viewing?
Currently, videos are streaming-only to ensure you always have the latest content. We're exploring offline support for future updates.
Can I share my R-TV access with family?
Family plans may be available depending on your company's subscription. Check with your HR administrator about family access options.
Account Management
How do I update my profile?
Go to Settings (gear icon)
Select Profile
Update your display name, avatar, or preferences
Tap Save
How do I change my email address?
Go to Settings → Account
Select Change Email
Enter your new email address
Verify the new email via the confirmation link
Can I delete my account?
Yes. If you choose to delete your account:
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
Confirm your decision
Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
Note: This action is irreversible. Consider exporting your data first.
How do I export my data?
Go to Settings → Privacy
Select Export My Data
Choose what to include (diary, mood, activities)
Download your data in JSON format
You can request a full export anytime—it's your data!
Account Security Best Practices
To keep your account secure:
Use a strong, unique password — At least 12 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols
Enable MFA — If your company uses SSO, ensure multi-factor authentication is enabled through your identity provider
Don't share credentials — Never share your password or account access with others
Log out on shared devices — Always sign out when using a shared or public computer
Keep your email current — Ensure your account email is up to date for password resets and security notifications
What Happens to My Data If My Company Stops Using Ruhavyn?
If your company's subscription ends:
You will be notified in advance of the subscription ending
Export your data — Use Settings → Privacy → Export My Data to download your diary entries, mood history, and other personal data before access ends
Access is revoked — Once the subscription terminates, you will no longer be able to log in
Data retention — Your data is retained for 30 days after termination to allow for any export requests
Data deletion — After 30 days, all personal data is permanently deleted from our systems

Tips & Best Practices
How often should I use Ruhavyn?
There's no "right" amount! Many users find value in:
Daily: 2–5 minute mood check-in
Weekly: 2–3 meditation sessions
As needed: Therapy Master conversations
Start small and build a routine that works for you.
What should I write in my diary?
Anything you want! Some ideas:

Gratitude notes
Challenges you're working through
Goals and intentions
Reflections on your day
There's no wrong way to journal.
Which meditation should I start with?
New to meditation? Try:
"Intro to Meditation" (5 min) — perfect for beginners
"Stress Relief" (10 min) — great for busy days
"Sleep Stories" — if you're using it at bedtime

Is Ruhavyn secure?
Yes. Ruhavyn uses enterprise-grade security:

Who can access my data?
Only you can access your personal wellness data. Ruhavyn staff cannot see your diary, mood entries, or therapy conversations.
How long is my data stored?
Your data is stored as long as you have an active account. If you delete your account, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Ruhavyn works with carefully selected third-party service providers to deliver a secure, reliable, and high-quality platform experience. All third-party providers are contractually bound to strict data protection, confidentiality, and security obligations that align with our privacy standards.
