  • Focus indicators — Visible focus states with high-contrast orange glow (focus-visible styles)

  • Color contrast — Text and interactive elements meet WCAG AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 minimum)

  • No color-only information — Color is never the sole means of conveying information

  • Scalable text — Font sizes use relative units, supporting browser zoom up to 200%

  • Reduced motion — Respects prefers-reduced-motion system setting

Semantic Structure

  • Semantic HTML — Proper use of <header>, <main>, <nav>, <section>, <article>, <footer>

  • Heading hierarchy — Single <h1> per page with logical heading structure

  • Descriptive links — Link text conveys purpose without additional context

  • Form labels — All form inputs have associated, visible labels
